Learned the importance of protein analysis and how to conduct such analysis through a top-down and bottom-up method. This was achieved using mass spectrometry. I am excited to see where this research journey will take me. The most rewarding part has been connecting classroom concepts to the real world. It has the capability to lead to important discoveries and procedures relating to the study of proteins, such as their analysis and identification through mass spec. I aim to conduct projects of my own at one point.
