Aggie Habitat for Humanity
2023-2024 School Year: Volunteered at a variety of events and engaged in socials.
This organization taught me the value of community service and how to work with others.
2024-2025 School Year: Served as the Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, I found campus and local opportunities for our members in addition to Builds with the local affiliate. I love the opportunity to build homes and fundraise through our fall pumpkin patch and spring shack-a-thon fundraisers. Following this year, I was grateful to be selected as next year's Vice President. This organization helps me toward my long term goal of making a positive impact in my community. I feel great fulfillment in seeing how my own two hands can contribute to a tangible difference. I get the opportunity to grow as a well rounded leader. I have learned how to connect with fellow officers and members while also making sure that we reach our goals as a service organization.
2025-2026 School Year: Served as Vice President in Fall 2025 and Co-President in Spring 2026. These positions challenged me to be a leader. As Vice President, I ensured there were weekly social events to foster community bonding within the organization. It taught me crisis management in the event of last minute changes and how to tailor events specifically for my audience's interest and availability. As Co-President I helped lead the officer team through numerous challenges and events throughout the semester. It taught me how to work closely with my Co-President and make decisions as a team. This year, I was also tasked with organizing our yearly Collegiate Challenge. This past May 2026, Aggie Habitat successfully traveled to Punta Gorda, Florida and served for an entire week. Organizing numerous waivers and planning logistics taught me how to carefully execute a trip for 15 people.
Texas A&M Emergency Care Team
2023-2024 School Year: Took classes to learn how to assist EMTs during community events.
TAMECT has helped me with professional and healthcare skills that will be useful for my future aspirations.
2024-2025 School Year: Shadowed with TAMU EMS for over one hundred hours, assisting with vitals and patient interaction at a variety of community events. This organization helps me toward my long term goal of becoming a physician. Going on numerous shifts have given me a glimpse into what it means to be a healthcare provider.
2025-2026 School Year: Shadowed with TAMU EMS at the College Football Playoff game against Miami.
PHFLO (Pan-Honors Freshman Leadership Organization)
2025-2026 School Year: Served as a mentor for 2-3 freshmen throughout the year. Provided them with guidance and met up with them at least twice a semester to check in on them. I love the mentorship system present in this organization. They represent something I wish I could have done in my own freshman year.
